Do you offer on-site service in Oakland?
For commercial machines, yes — Oakland cafes, restaurants, and offices get on-site repair and scheduled maintenance, and we handle commercial machine sales. Home machines come to our Berkeley shop, 10–20 minutes from most of Oakland, or ship to us.
Can I walk in, or do I need an appointment?
Repair drop-offs are by appointment. Pickups are welcome any time we're open — Monday–Friday, 12–5pm — though booking a pickup time means less waiting. Want to browse or try the new machines in our showroom? Walk-ins are welcome for that, but an appointment gets you dedicated time with a tech and less waiting.
How long does a repair take?
Most repairs are done in 3–4 weeks including parts ordering. You get a written estimate after diagnosis — no work begins until you approve it — and a short video of your machine running before pickup or return shipping.
