My beloved Lelit Elizabeth stopped working because all the hard water over the years left a ton of scale deposits. I shipped the Lelit to Kanen and they were able to restore it to her previous glory. 10/10!

I found Kanen Coffee to be incredibly helpful. I was interested in buying a new espresso machine, which is a big investment. After researching models online, I was hesitant to buy a new machine to have delivered to me in case it could be damaged en-route to my home. Enter Kanen Coffee. I emailed them and got a response to my questions within a day. I came by the following week and Adam walked me through the machine and gave me some info. Julian also chimed in and gave me feedback on if it was a good purchase and if I needed any other accessories. They didn't try to pressure or upsell me, but just gave me honest feedback - including mentioning other brands that they didn't carry in case I was interested.

Once I was ready to buy, they were more than happy to open a new box for me to inspect and confirm that there was no prior damage (to avoid needing to bring it back).

I really appreciated how transparent and simple the process was, and I would absolutely recommend this business to others and will be coming back if I ever need repairs (hopefully not) or purchasing some new items.

I had my first shots this am with my fully retooled espresso machine and I'm excited to have her back in action. I'll need to experiment with things as the flow is so much more than even when things were still working for me (which shows that the pump and plumbing was degrading over time), but should be all good as I adjust my inputs. The service was great and I appreciated the time each technician spent explaining things and also the video after servicing and before picking up. The work wasn’t cheap but I feel like I have a brand new machine. They love what they do and the pride in workmanship shows.

After searching in several places without success, I found Kanen and decided to bring them my espresso machine. From the moment I arrived, I could see they are a very busy shop, with many machines being worked on. Even so, they had the kindness to take in my machine and work on it, which already says a lot about their work ethic and willingness to help.

My machine had multiple issues, and they worked on it and replaced some components to get it running. When I picked it up and installed it, it unfortunately didn’t perform as expected. I reached out to them, and without any hesitation or frustration, they were completely willing to take the machine back and continue working on it. That, to me, was very important.

The second time, they really went above and beyond. They did additional research, looked for documentation, and found a way to fully resolve the problem. It’s clear they don’t just do repairs—they are committed to finding real solutions.

When they returned the machine to me again, it was working perfectly. I installed it at my workplace, and everything ran exactly as it should.

What stands out the most about Kanen is not just their technical ability, but their attitude:
• Their willingness to take on challenging work
• Their commitment to getting the job done right
• And most importantly, the reassurance they give you as a customer that they won’t leave things unfinished

Julian and Caldon were great, diagnosing problems with my ECM espresso machine, ordering parts and repairing the machine to as-new condition. They clearly communicated the machine’s issues and timeline for repairs. I have trusted Sam and his staff for years to service my machine.
