We ship espresso machines, grinders, parts, and accessories throughout the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship internationally.
Free Basic Ground Shipping
Free basic ground shipping on all orders over $49 within the continental United States (excludes Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, and PO Boxes).

Expedited Shipping
We offer FedEx 2-Day and FedEx Priority Overnight for time-sensitive orders. Expedited shipping is charged regardless of order value.
Order Cutoff & Processing

Cutoff time: Orders placed by 12:00 PM Pacific Time, Monday–Friday ship the same business day.
- Orders placed after noon PT, on weekends, or on federal holidays ship the next business day.
- Delivery day counts start from the day of shipment, not the day of order.

Alaska & Hawaii Rates
Expedited rates to Alaska and Hawaii are higher due to carrier zone pricing. A flat rate of $35 applies to standard shipping for AK/HI orders. Free ground shipping does not apply to Alaska or Hawaii.

Saturday Delivery
Saturday delivery is available for an additional $16 surcharge on select FedEx 2-Day and Priority Overnight services within the continental US.
- Orders must be placed by 12:00 PM Pacific Time on Friday to qualify.
- Saturday delivery availability varies by ZIP code — FedEx confirms coverage at time of shipment. If Saturday delivery is unavailable to your address, your order will ship Monday.
- Saturday delivery is not available to Alaska or Hawaii.

Dimensional Weight
FedEx calculates shipping charges based on the greater of actual package weight or dimensional (volumetric) weight. Dimensional weight is calculated as:
Dimensional Weight (lbs) = Length × Width × Height (inches) ÷ 139
Large items such as espresso machines are often billed at dimensional weight even if the machine itself is relatively light. Our flat-rate shipping prices are set to account for dimensional weight on typical packaging for each product category. For unusually large or oddly shaped orders, actual carrier charges may differ.
Restrictions

International: We do not ship outside the United States.

PO Boxes: FedEx cannot deliver to PO Boxes. Please provide a physical street address at checkout.

APO/FPO/DPO: We are unable to ship to military addresses at this time.

U.S. Territories: We do not currently ship to Guam, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, or American Samoa.
Declared Value & Insurance
All shipments are declared at full retail value. For orders over $500, we automatically include FedEx declared value coverage. In the event of a lost or damaged shipment, a carrier claim must be filed and resolved before a replacement is issued.
Signature Confirmation
Orders over $300 require a signature upon delivery. If you are not available to sign, FedEx will leave a door tag and reattempt delivery or hold the package at a local FedEx facility for pickup. If you would like to waive the signature requirement, please contact us before your order ships — by doing so, you accept full liability for any loss after delivery is recorded.
Damaged Shipments
Please inspect your package carefully when it arrives.
- If the outer box shows visible damage, note the damage on the carrier receipt before the driver leaves, or refuse the shipment.
- Report any damage to us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing service@kanencoffee.com with photos of the outer packaging, inner packaging, and the item.

Retain all original packaging — FedEx requires it for damage claims. Claims cannot be processed if packaging is discarded.
- Damage claims typically take 5–21 business days to resolve with the carrier.
Address Corrections
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If FedEx is required to correct an address after the package has shipped, a correction fee of approximately $20 will be billed to you.
