Great customer service and I appreciated the very helpful YouTube video that offered clear instructions on how to install the part.

The pump failed on my Rancilio Silvia so I watched your YouTube video on how to repair it, which was extremely helpful and clear. Ordered the pump from you and it was delivered promptly, and I performed the replacement successfully. Bravo!

Like an Easter miracle, my Rancilio Sylvia is back from the dead! After a tragic mistake in which we left my much loved, 20-year-old Sylvia brewing for 35 minutes, it (quite understandably) stopped working. I was resigned to replacing it when my wife showed me a YouTube video from Kanen Coffee about how to replace a bad pump. I'm not particularly handy, but I figured, a new pump costs $50 and a new Sylvia costs $900, so let's give it a shot. I ordered the pump from Kanen and it arrived about a week later. I had to buy a couple of new tools — a long screwdriver and a metric wrench — to make it work, but with those in hand the repair was straightforward, even for a klutz like me. I saved $800. But importantly, it feels great to have fixed a device that has served me well for 20 years rather than replacing it.

Came to your site via youtube, where I found your pump replacement video to be clear and informative. Ordered the replacement pump for my Silvia from you, got it promptly, installed it according to you instructions, and happily brewed up some espresso. Thanks!
