A single-origin Ecuadorian coffee produced by Gonzalo Chamba and Francisca Granada in Gonzanama, Loja. Fully washed, containing Bourbon and Caturra varietals. Tasting notes of chocolate, citrus, honey, pineapple, and papaya — tropical and bright. The kind of coffee that transports you to a hammock overlooking the beach.

How to Brew It

Pourover: Ideal. 1:16 ratio. The tropical fruit notes really sing — pineapple and honey come forward, with the chocolate as a finishing note.

Drip: Excellent. Brews clean and balanced. The honey character pairs nicely with cream if you take it with milk.

Espresso: Dynamic shot. 1:2 ratio. The tropical notes carry through to milk drinks as a sweetness that doesn't taste added.

Cold brew: The washed processing keeps it clean and the tropical character translates beautifully.
