A lighter daily drinker with real character. Blend of natural-processed Brazilian and washed Colombian coffees, roasted to the lighter side of medium. Bright with citrus notes, pleasing acidity, and a smooth finish — Zolo describes it as tasting like sweet blackberry jam. Named after Millie, the Zolo dog who has a very big bark for such a little dog.

How to Brew It

Pourover: Where this bean shines. Try a 1:16 ratio with a slow, even bloom. Pull the citrus and blackberry notes forward.

Drip: Excellent daily drinker. The acidity stays pleasant, never sharp. Drinks great black.

Espresso: A brighter, more dynamic shot. 1:2 ratio (18g in, 36g out). The fruit notes come through in milk drinks as a sweet jammy quality.

French press / cold brew: Smooth and forgiving. 1:15 ratio for hot, 1:8 concentrate for cold brew.
