The Pullman Big Step Tamper features a patented stepped 58.55mm base of 440C hardened stainless steel that provides true edge-to-edge coverage in precision baskets — eliminating the channel that forms with standard 58mm tampers. The stepped design also prevents suction that can fracture the espresso puck during tamper removal. Manufactured in Adelaide, Australia since 2015.
