The infuser is the heart of a De'Longhi bean-to-cup machine — it compresses the ground coffee, forces hot water through the puck at the correct pressure, and ejects the spent puck automatically. Over time the infuser's seals, springs, and pistons wear, causing poor extraction, leaking, or grounds in the cup. Replacing the infuser restores full brewing performance.
This is a direct OEM replacement infuser unit. It is user-serviceable on most ECAM/ESAM machines and comes complete as an assembly.
