Even being a machine that came out a few years ago, the Elizabeth proves itself to be an incredibly capable machine that packs features into a simple package that delivers on a great cup of espresso. I have been enjoying learning our new machine and dialing in the settings and seeing the impact it has on each cup. If you do look into this machine, check out Dave Corbey's recommended settings to really get this dialed into an optimal place. Of course, adjust as you like.
