  We would be happy to look at your machine.  We will need to test it before we can write an estimate. The machine will be tested within two weeks of the drop-off date. The $154 charge is for the diagnostic fee ($205 diagnostic fee for Jura Machines).  If you decide to repair the machine the diagnostic fee goes toward the repair. It is currently taking about four weeks to repair a machine. Please email us with a tracking number once you have shipped the machine so we can know when to expect it.
