Discount Code Terms & Conditions

The following rules apply to all discount codes issued by Kanen Coffee, including post-repair thank-you codes, promotional codes, and any other offers.

General Rules

  • One code per order. Discount codes cannot be combined with any other offer, promotion, or discount code. No double discounts.
  • One use per customer. Each code is valid for a single transaction only and cannot be reused.
  • Not valid on sale items. Codes cannot be applied to items that are already reduced in price, on sale, or part of a promotional event (e.g., Breville or Lelit manufacturer promos).
  • Non-transferable. Codes are issued to a specific customer and may not be shared, sold, or transferred.
  • No cash value. Codes cannot be exchanged for cash or store credit.
  • Valid on eligible items only. Codes apply only to the specific products or categories listed in the offer.
  • Expiration. All codes expire on the date stated in the offer or email. Expired codes will not be honored.

Post-Repair Thank-You Codes

  • Valid for 60 days from the date of issue.
  • Applies to select grinders and accessories at kanencoffee.com — at regular price only.
  • Does not apply to espresso machines, repair services, parts, or labor.
  • Cannot be applied to the Lelit Bianca, LUCCA Atom 75, Baratza Sette 30, or Baratza ESP grinders.
  • 10% off eligible items — the discount is applied at checkout when the code is entered.

Promotional Codes (Breville, Lelit, etc.)

  • Valid only during the stated promotional period.
  • Applies to models specified in the promotion. Other models, bundles, and open-box items may be excluded.
  • Cannot be combined with post-repair codes or any other discount.

General Exclusions

  • Sale or already-discounted items
  • Repair services, diagnostic fees, parts, and labor
  • Gift cards
  • Items not in stock at time of order
